Class of 2014 GRAD NIGHT Car Wash Fundraiser

Dear Class of 2014 and Parents:

One remaining car wash for you to participate! SSFHS Class of 2014 will have car wash on Saturday, October 19, 2013. Car wash will be held in the SSFHS parking lot between the hours of 10:30am to 2:30pm

·Please sell the Pre Sale Car wash tickets. Minimum donation per ticket is $5.00

·Donation of any amount is greatly appreciated!

·Funds collected the day of the car wash and from pre-sale tickets will be divided amongst the students who volunteered their time, going towards their Grad Night ticket. So please be generous! 

Additional note: We are doing fundraisers (general fundraisers for all students Dec Gift wrap,  Dinner auction fundraiser,DVD GradNight/Graduation Ceremony, T-shirts fundraiser etc..)
Also please turn in your installment payment/deposit with all Mandatory forms listed on blog site
to secure your spot on the bus to Disneyland. Installment payments/deposits are all non-refundable
and all non-transferrable. Please plan accordingly. We have over 100 students who signed up!

For every Pre sale car wash ticket sold will be entered in drawing for a $25 gift card for I-TUNES, Amazon and Best Buy. I-Pod touch, I-POD speakers and other prizes. We need minimum of 100 Presale tickets sold for the prize qualifications above. We have 302 Seniors, if each student sells at least one ticket we will meet the 100 minimum prize qualification Make sure the student’s name and numbers assigned are on the tickets or else ticket will not be honored. The ticket with name and # is how we keep track of tickets sold to match what money was turned in on our list. Go to Schoolloop under ‘For Students”drop down to Senior 2014 to download the Tickets. The October Presale Car wash tickets are there to download. Click on GradNight 2014 website(Link is on lower right side) on schoolloop to sign up for updates at ssfhs2014.blogspot.com Flyer information and tickets also can be obtained in the Principal’s office section across from the cubbyholes.

MONIES received from the presale tickets need to be turned in prior to the Car wash in order for us to honor the ticket on the day of the car wash. Please turn in all monies received no later than October 20, 2013 or email us what you sold & bring on day of Car wash and give to Treasurer.

Chips, Cookies, beverages and donations of any amount are also welcome! We do sell snacks/beverages at the car washes and any funds made through these items and any amount donated will go to the general fund. Please send these to principal's office by the cubbyhole area and labeled "Grad Night" to ensure that it goes to CLASS OF 2014 CAR WASH.

Give checks/monetary donations to Shantel Cruz, Class Treasurer-Senior Class Officers will be available during lunch at B-8. Also only send in
Checks to the cubbyhole in Principal's office marked for Gradnight.(Please No Cash
to be sent to this cubbyhole, if you want to send cash please give to Shantel Cruz as stated above)

Tax ID number can be provided upon your request, please email either of us for this information.

Download Pre-sale tickets and email us to be on our roster for carwash. We need to know in advance who will attend.
