Class of 2014 GRAD NIGHT Car Wash Fundraiser
Dear Class of 2014 and Parents:
One remaining car wash opportunity for you to
participate! SSFHS Class of 2014 will
have car wash on Saturday, September 28, 2013.
Carwash will be held in the SSFHS parking lot between the hours of
10:30am to 2:30pm
· Please sell
the Pre Sale Car wash tickets. Minimum donation per ticket is $5.00
· Donation of
any amount is greatly appreciated!
· Funds
collected the day of the car wash and from pre-sale tickets will be divided
amongst the students who volunteered their time, going towards their Grad Night
ticket. So please be generous!
For every Pre sale car wash ticket sold will be entered in
drawing for a $25 gift card for I-TUNES, Amazon and Best Buy. I-Pod, i-POD speakers
and other prizes. We need minimum of 250 Presale tickets sold for the prize
qualifications above. We have 406 Seniors, if each student sells at least one
ticket we will meet the 250 minimum prize qualification Make sure the student’s
name and numbers assigned are on the tickets or else ticket will not be
honored. The ticket with name and # is how we keep track of tickets sold to
match what money was turned in on our list. Go to Schoolloop under ‘For
Students”drop down to Senior 2014 to download the Tickets. The September Presale Car wash tickets are there to download. Click on GradNight
2014 website(Link is on lower right side) on schoolloop to sign up for updates.
Flyer information and tickets also can be obtained in the Principal’s office
section across from the cubbyholes.
MONIES received
for the presale tickets need to be turned in prior to the Car wash in order for
us to honor the ticket on the day of the car wash. Please turn in all monies received no later
than September 26, 2013
Chips, Cookies,
beverages and donations of any amount are also welcome! We do sell snacks/beverages at the car washes
and any funds made through these items and any amount donated will go to the
general fund.Please send these to pricipal's office by the cubbyhole area and label
that it goes to CLASS OF 2014 CAR WASH.

checks payable to SSFHS PTA. Add the following note to your check: Class of
2014 Grad night Car wash.
Tax ID number can
be provided upon your request, please email either of us for this information.
Download Pre-sale tickets and email us to be on our roster
for carwash. We need to know in advance who will attend.
