We are raising funds for SSFHS Grad Night Disneyland 2014
Grad Night for the Class of 2014 is Disneyland! Various fundraising efforts are being planned and we need YOUR help!
CAR WASH FUNDRAISING EVENT-1 LEFT!

Sell pre-sale car wash tickets and inform friends and family to come to our fundraiser!
· September 28, 2013 from 10:30am-2:30pm at the SSFHS parking lot. Pre-sale car wash
tickets are available at $5.00 minimum donation. Cash or check is accepted.For every Pre sale car wash ticket sold will be entered in drawing for a $25 gift card for I-TUNES, Amazon and Best Buy. I-Pod touch, I-POD speakers and other prizes. See "Car Wash Information & Instructions Flyer" for rules on winning prizes.

who volunteered their time, going towards their Grad Night ticket.

We will know by next year in May how much we will reimburse partial or full credit to
those students who volunteer their time in the car washes and from all our fundraiser's Revenues.

- Please email/call us to sign up for the carwashes. Download Pre-sale Car was tickets/ Car wash flyers under the “Student” tab on schoolloop and click on SENIORS2014. Packets also in office. Half of our money raised is from Pre sale car wash tickets.
- E-WASTE FUNDRAISER:
- Simultaneously with our September 28th car wash, we will be having an E-waste fundraising event.Items accepted are: Computers, printers, computer screens, fax machines, TV’s, DVD/VCR players, Cellphones, CRTs Flat Screens, Microwaves, servers, UPS batteries, Stereo Equipment, Scanners, Toner Cartridges.
- Please help us to spread the word to your family and friends to hold on to these items for our September fundraiser. Fundraiser will be held at the SSFHS parking lot with volunteers present to assist the unloading of the items. If you bring in a minimum of 5 qualified items, you will be entered in a drawing to possibly win and IPAD2.
- PARENTS: We are looking for (5) five parent volunteers to assist us with this E-waste fundraising event. If you are able to volunteer, please email or call either Lisa or Denise.
- If you aren’t sure if the items will be accepted, feel free to call or email either of us.
GIFT WRAPPING FUNDRAISER:
· Currently we have three dates blocked at STONESTOWN GALLERIA for a Gift Wrapping fundraising event. Stonestown will provide us with all the materials needed (Gift wrap, tape, ribbon, boxes etc.) so that we need is YOUR help!
· Dates and times are being confirmed with the mall , please check schoolloop under the “Students” tab and click on SENIORS2014 and this webstite for further information.
· If you are able to volunteer time (even just a few hours) to gift wrap, please call or email either of us. Your help is needed!
DISNEYLAND FOR FREE!!!!
· We are looking for parent chaperones to accompany our Graduates to Disneyland! Group will be departing late night on Friday, May 30 and return early morning Sunday, June 1. If you are available that weekend, and would like to accompany our graduates on this truly memorable trip, FREE, please email or call either of us.
· The number of Parent Chaperones will be dictated by the number of graduates going on this trip. Your name will be placed on a list on a first come, first serve basis.
DINNER /SILENT AUCTION FUNDRAISER:
· With the expertise of April Hoch and Angela Keahi, we are planning a dinner fundraiser. Further details on the dinner will follow however we are in need of items for our silent auction.
· If you are able to donate any gift certificates, gift baskets, services or items to be sold, please contact either of us to make arrangements.
MATCH A DONATION:
· Some companies will match your donation program. Inquire to see if your company has an Associate program like this. Tax ID Number can be provided.

ALL YEAR FUNDRAISER:
· Support our Jamba Juice Fundraiser!
· App is on SSFHS Schoolloop. Funds raised will go towards the Grad Night Fund. The same card from Jamba Juice called Marqueta Card can be used at Subway sandwiches and 1-800 Flowers!
· App on SSFHS Schoolloop. Just load your Marqueta Card and we get 10% of sales!!.
· Support our Luckys Shares Program. Cards and instructions on how to use the card are readily available at the Principals Office OR email either of us for a card. Each swipe brings us 3% of sales!
Make sure cashiers swipe card before purchase or Grad Nite fund wont get the credit!
The card is also for use at SMART, Savemart and Food Maxx stores

SENIOR GRAD NIGHT & GRADUATION CEREMONY DVD:
· Pictures from senior ball, brunch, Grad Night and Graduation Ceremony on May 30th to sell for our fundraisers. CD’s will be $39.99 early order and late order of$55
· Send in your pictures from Senior Year, Grad Night and baby pictures.

SCHOOLLOOP:
· This year, in an effort, to keep parents informed of all Class of 2014 activities, we have implemented a “SENIORS2014”section in schoolloop (Found under the Student tab). Also check this website. Please check regularly this section for up to date information on fundraising opportunities, information on year end activities or download forms.This event is organized by parents; it is not a Parents’ Group event as graduates will no longer be students.) This is also not a school activity/event.
Additional note: We are doing fundraisers (general fundraisers for all students:E-waste,Dinner Auction fundraiser, Dec Gift wrap, DVD GradNight/Graduation Ceremony, Tshirts fundraiser etc..)

to secure your spot on the bus to Disneyland. Installment payments/deposits are all Nonrefundable

and Grad Night tickets have been selling fast.
